Amendment in Duty Drawback Rates on Carpets and other Floor coverings of Man Made Fibres for the year 2016-17 effective from 15th January, 2017.

arpet Export Promotion Council submitted representation on the basis of submissions from the Panipat Carpet Industry and also submitted the required Duty Drawback Data to the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance for revision of All Industry Duty Drawback Rates on Carpets and other floor coverings of Man Made Fibres. The Department of Revenue in the Ministry of Finance vide Notification No. 03/2017-CUSTOMS(N.T.) dated 12th January, 2017 make the following amendments effective from 15th January, 2017
